Tony Smalls is a Washington DC native, educated at George Mason University and Georgetown’s McDonough School of business.
He spent several years in different senior management and executive level positions for reputable companies, including Pella Doors and Windows, Sears Home Central, and Waste Management Inc.
Mr. Smalls is HIPPA certified and has gained several years of experience enhancing businesses; all while serving the community.

Cindy Doan is a graduate of the University of Maryland at Baltimore (UMBC), and did her research
work at Yale University School of Medicine and the National Institute of Health. She is currently interested
in web development and technology.
