SMC was contracted by BTB Healthcare for a patient flow program. They have multiple locations in the Washington DC metro area providing physical and mental health services. Our project included advance system analyses to increase qualified new patient business while engendering a comprehensive support component for retention of current patients. We were instrumental in BTB being able to secure lucrative contracts with senior residential facilities in need of medical services for their residents. Our efforts to broker such contracts allowed us to be a key player in bringing medical services to those in need.
