SMC provides data and analytics to determine the best options for recruiting and retaining top notch candidates for your practice. As such, 30 days is not a valid conversion metric to gauge maximum effectiveness. The following pricing is as follows:

* 60 Day Contract $1,600- If you do not hire we'll refund

* 90 Day Contract $2,400- If your practice fails to have two valid hires we'll refund.

* 180 Days/6 Month Contract $4,600- For long term staffing as it undercuts standard industry rates by thousands of dollars. SMC must provide a minimum of 3 hires as they must remain through a required 90 day employment probationary period. If none of the above is attained we'll refund.
